About The Role

We are seeking reliable and proactive General Maintenance & Civil Construction Workers to join our team.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be carrying out general maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, and minor works across a range of commercial, industrial, and operational sites, helping keep facilities safe, functional, and looking their best.

Whether you're fixing, building, installing, repairing, or maintaining, you'll take pride in delivering quality work and finding practical solutions to everyday maintenance challenges.

This role would suit someone who is self-motivated,



enjoys working with their hands, has a strong work ethic, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. Experience in maintenance, construction, trades, or a similar field is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general building maintenance and repair works.

- Complete minor carpentry, painting, patching, and refurbishment tasks.

- Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance activities.

- Support fit-out, refurbishment, and minor works projects.

- Assist tradespeople and subcontractors as required.

- Identify and report defects or maintenance issues.

- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organised condition.

- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety, quality, and compliance requirements.

- Deliver excellent service to clients, tenants, and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, or a related trade environment.

- Practical skills across a range of maintenance and repair activities.

- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

- Ability to work independently and within a team.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Current WA Driver's Licence.

- White Card desirable.

- Trade background highly regarded but not essential.

- Ability to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card).
