Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end order process, including order entry, invoicing, and credit requests

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency

- Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to track orders and coordinate deliveries

- Investigate and resolve customer concerns, ensuring timely and positive outcomes

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

- Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance team processes and customer satisfaction

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Experience in a customer-facing administrative, customer service, or order management role





- Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer care

- Robust organisational abilities with the capacity to manage competing priorities

- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and business systems

- Experience with ERP or order management software will be advantageous

- A collaborative approach and a willingness to support team success
