Image Robes are looking for a showroom consultant to join our team at our Pooraka showroom.
The job duties of this position will include :
- To provide excellent customer service with phone enquirers & showroom service, whilst displaying advanced knowledge of our products & service to drive product sales.
- Making sales appointments with customers.
- Following up with customers to ensure they are happy with their product & service they received.
- Booking installers run sheets
- To adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Skills that are required for this position include excellent verbal and written communication, excellent time management skills, and MUST have high organisational skills. Neat appearance, reliability and a friendly demeanor (a people’s person) are essential for this position.
