An experienced SAP FICO Analyst is required to provide BAU support within a SAP ECC environment.

Description

- Provide training and support to users as required. Configure and support SAP ECC FICO modules to meet business requirements.
- Provide day-to-day BAU support across finance-related SAP processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO functional issues in production.
- Manage and respond to support tickets within agreed service levels.
- Investigate root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
- Work closely with Finance stakeholders to support process improvements.
- Assist with testing, documentation, deployments, and enhancement activities.

Profile A Successful SAP FICO Analyst Should Have

- Proven experience supporting SAP FICO within an SAP ECC environment.




- Strong configuration skills across Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Strong configuration skills across Accounts Payable (AP).
- Experience supporting Billing processes in SAP ECC.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting production support issues.
- Previous experience working in a ticket-based support environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
