Our client in Australia, Melbourne is looking for Sail Point Identity Now is responsiblethis is a permanent role.

- Support and administration of Sail Point Identity Now
- Integration and customization of Sail Point Identity Now in client environment
- Developing Java custom code, custom connectors, and interfaces with other enterprise or cloud-based systems like SAP and Service Now
- Communicating to clients, vendors and others about aspects of the product and about the implementation at the technical and/or functional level
- Developing use cases, testing, debugging, support and maintenance
- Interfacing with the client for requirements, customizations, product functionality, and feedback
- Leading demos of configurations and customizations and general product OOTB features
- Preparing technical and user documentation

Qualifications:

- Minimum 4+ years overall IT experience
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience and working knowledge of Sail Point IDN(Identity Now)




- Extensive knowledge of security applications, specifically around identity management and account creation/maintenance, as well as 3rd party IAM offerings.
- Experience with the any web technologies: XML, SCIM, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
- Familiarity with Roles Based Access Control.
- Valuable communication skills and experience working with clients and partners.
- Experience in IAM Support/Operations managing Incidents/Tasks/Changes/Problems
- Experience with business requirements, design, and documentation of IAM products.

Preferred:

- Sail Point IDN Professional Certification or training and/or Sail Point IDN Engineer Certification or training.
