- Lead the crew— manage Seven and client PMO resources; mentor rising talent.
- Lift maturity— upgrade processes, tooling and metrics to match client needs.
- Govern like a pro— schedule, cost, risk, benefits, RAID: nothing slips.
- Advise the C-suite— translate data into plain-English insights and options.
- Keep calm— when the stakes spike, your poise sets the tone.
