- Provide day-to-day SAP FICO functional support within a production SAP ECC workplace.
- Analyse and resolve SAP Finance incidents, service requests and business issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
- Support business users with SAP process queries and system improvements.
- Ensure timely resolution of SAP support tickets in line with agreed service levels.
- Participate in SAP change management, testing and deployment activities.

SAP Finance & Controlling Expertise

Provide functional support and configuration expertise across:

- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Banking and Electronic Bank Statements
- Tax and compliance-related processes
- Period-end and year-end closing activities

SAP Controlling (CO)

- Internal Orders
- Cost allocations and assessments
- Reporting and analysis

SAP Enhancements & Projects

- Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications for SAP developments and enhancements.
- Configure SAP FICO solutions based on business requirements.




- Perform unit testing, integration testing and support user acceptance testing.
Work with ABAP developers, SAP technical teams and other functional consultants.
- Support SAP projects, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.

Integration & Cross-Functional Support

- Understand integration points between SAP FICO and other modules including:
- SAP MM (Procurement)
- SAP PS (Project Systems)
- Analyse and resolve cross-functional process issues.
- Support end-to-end business processes involving Finance and other SAP modules.

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with Finance business users, process owners and key stakeholders.
- Provide SAP guidance and recommendations to improve business processes.
- Participate in workshops to understand requirements and define solutions. Maintain strong relationships with business and technical teams.

Qualifications

- Degree qualification in Finance, Information Technology, Business or related discipline preferred.
