Permanent Role | On-site | Western Sydney

We're looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to join our client in Western Sydney. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for the stability, security, and performance of the organisation's IT infrastructure while driving continuous improvement across networking, servers, cloud, and cybersecurity.

This is a hands-on role, requiring active involvement in the implementation, configuration, and support of infrastructure platforms, as well as leading technical troubleshooting and complex issue resolution.

What you'll be doing:

- Lead and support enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, and cloud platforms
- Manage Cisco LAN/WAN, Wi-Fu00i, routing, switching, and firewalls
- Maintain Windows Server, VMware, and Hyper-V environments
- Drive cybersecurity initiatives using technologies such as Crowd Strike, Mimecast, Proofpoint, and Microsoft Defender
- Manage patching,



vulnerability remediation, backup, and disaster recovery
- Provide technical leadership, vendor management, and act as the escalation point for complex infrastructure issues

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience leading IT infrastructure in an enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, VMware, and Hyper-V
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and security platforms
- Experience with patch management, backup, and disaster recovery
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
