You'll take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, managing support requests, resolving technical issues and ensuring staff and students have the tools they need to succeed.
You'll provide hands-on support across a wide range of technologies including desktops, servers, networks, classroom AV systems and mobile devices.
From troubleshooting complex issues to preparing devices for major school events, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless technology experience.
Working closely with teachers, students, leadership teams, vendors and remote ICT colleagues, you'll keep stakeholders informed and ensure projects, upgrades and installations are delivered successfully. You'll also help maintain strong IT processes, documentation and knowledge sharing while mentoring junior team members and promoting a customer-focused support culture.
This is a highly visible role where your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and ability to build strong relationships will directly support teaching and learning outcomes across the college.
To succeed as an ICT Site Support Leader, you'll bring strong experience in technical support, ideally within a school or education environment. Alongside your technical expertise, you'll enjoy mentoring others, sharing knowledge and working collaboratively with both onsite and wider ICT teams. You'll be organised, proactive and able to prioritise effectively during busy periods such as school events and term commencements.
Above all, you'll have a solid customer service mindset and take pride in building trusted relationships across the college community, ensuring technology continues to support an exceptional learning experience.
