Working closely with the Operational Director Corporate Governance, you'll receive support while developing valuable skills in corporate risk management, governance and organisational improvement. There will also be an opportunity for the successful applicant to undertake BRHS-sponsored study in this field.
The Contract: Ongoing Full Time | 80 hours per fortnight with ADO
The Opportunity:
This role focuses on corporate risk and governance across BRHS (it's not about safety or incident response).
You'll work with staff at all levels of the organisation, including frontline teams, managers, executives and Board members, helping BRHS identify risks, improve processes and strengthen decision-making.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting BRHS' corporate risk management framework and risk registers.
- Working with leaders to identify risks and develop practical solutions.
- Assisting with governance, compliance and business continuity activities.
- Analysing information and preparing reports for senior leaders and Board committees.
- Contributing to projects that improve organisational processes and performance.
- Building positive relationships and promoting a proactive approach to risk management.
Keys To Your Success:
- Confident, approachable and able to engage with people at all levels.
- Curious and willing to challenge the way things have always been done.
- Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple priorities.
- Eager to learn, embrace current challenges and contribute to continuous improvement.
- A genuine interest in developing your skills and knowledge in this essential role.
