About the role

We are seeking an Orthopaedic Product Specialist to join the One Surgical team in a full-time capacity, based in the Greater Sydney. This is a strategic role, where you will be instrumental in driving product adoption and supporting our customers in the orthopaedic joint replacement sector. You will serve as the technical and clinical expert, bridging the gap between our innovative orthopaedic solutions and the healthcare professionals who utilise them.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge of our orthopaedic product portfolio, including clinical applications, technical specifications and evidence-based outcomes

- Provide expert technical and clinical support to healthcare facilities, surgical teams and key opinion leaders

- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions and educational workshops for surgeons, nursing staff and theatre personnel

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including surgeons, hospital administrators and procurement teams

- Stay current with orthopaedic industry trends, competitive developments and clinical best practices

- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal product utilisation

- Support training programmes and attend relevant medical conferences and industry events

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as an orthopaedic product specialist, medical device specialist or similar clinical sales support role, preferably within the orthopaedic or broader medical device industry

- Strong technical understanding of orthopaedic implants, instruments and surgical procedures

- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex clinical and technical information clearly to diverse audiences





- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with surgical teams and hospital stakeholders

- Sales-focused mindset with proven ability to support revenue generation and customer acquisition

- Advanced organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

- A relevant tertiary qualification such as a nursing degree, biomedical science, or related healthcare qualification is highly desirable

- Robust written and verbal communication skills with professional presentation abilities

- Willingness to travel to customer sites throughout NSW and potentially other states as required
