Based in Brisbane, we are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven State Sales Manager – QLD/NT to lead our QLD Sales Team. Reporting to the Head of Sales you will be responsible for developing and executing the QLD/NT sales strategy, coaching and developing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the achievement of revenue, profitability and customer growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise the performance of your sales force through strong leadership, sales knowledge and a results-driven focus
- Develop, implement and deliver the strategic state sales plan aligned with the company's national sales strategy
- Identify growth opportunities across existing and new markets
- Build and maintain solid relationships with strategic customers and stakeholders
- Participating in tender management and submissions as required
- Manage master supplier agreements and oversee the sales pipeline to drive sustainable growth and consistently exceed sales objectives
- Actively contribute to new product innovation
- Ensure all sales activities comply with Multigate sales procedural and operational requirements CRM
About You:
- Proven sales success in a medical or hospital environment, ideally with exposure to surgical or consumable products
- Sound knowledge of operating room procedures and hospital procurement processes is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership experience within a results-driven sales team
- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop and close new business opportunities
- Skilled in working within structured, KPI-driven environments with a focus on planning and strategic execution
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work independently and autonomously
- Strong time management and prioritisation capabilities — able to triage a busy workload while maintaining focus on key objectives
- Tertiary qualification in Health Sciences, Business, or a related field preferred
