Project Manager - Architecturally Designed Homes - Monday-Friday - $5-20M

A well-known, award-winning architectural home builder in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs is on the lookout for a Project Manager to join the team. The role will see you running up to two architecturally designed residential builds concurrently, typically in the $5m - $20m range - all located across Sydney's East and North Shore.

This one is a good fit for someone already in high-end residential who's looking for a better culture, a stronger reputation and a business where the detail actually matters. It would also suit someone with an architectural background who is looking to make the step across into construction and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple architecturally designed projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure project success.

- Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules.

- Monitor project progress, resolve any issues or delays, and maintain a robust focus on quality and safety.

- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.

- Manage procurement processes, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations.





- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and permits.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- A trade background OR Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Architecture

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering architecturally designed projects.

- Strong knowledge of project management software and tools.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
