The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bars Manager to lead the operations and performance of our rooftop bar and events spaces. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving service excellence, team performance, and commercial outcomes.

Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the KIN Manager, Head Chef, and wider leadership team, the Bars Manager will play a key role in shaping the venue’s success through operational excellence, innovation, and a strong focus on delivering memorable experiences for our guests.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the rooftop bar and events spaces, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.





- Work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to create exciting beverage offerings, bar / events menus, and memorable guest experiences.

- Inspire and develop the Food & Beverage team through coaching, mentoring, training, and support.

- Create a positive team culture where people feel valued, motivated, and empowered to deliver their best.

- Introduce new ideas and initiatives to enhance service standards, elevate the guest experience, and drive venue growth.

- Stay connected with hospitality trends and identify opportunities to innovate and strengthen the hotel’s offering.

- Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, partners, and key stakeholders to enhance the venue’s reputation.

- Lead by example to deliver outstanding service, product knowledge, and hospitality experiences.

- Support the growth and development of team members through ongoing coaching and knowledge sharing.

- Act as the property’s Approved Manager, ensuring responsible service of alcohol, workplace safety, and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

About You

You’ll be an experienced hospitality leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and developing high-performing teams.

You’ll bring:





- Minimum Certificate IV in Hospitality (Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management desirable).

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV), and Approved Manager’s Licence.

- Previous management experience within a premium food and beverage environment, preferably within a hotel or luxury hospitality setting.

- Proven experience leading teams and managing budgets to achieve commercial outcomes.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- A demonstrated ability to deliver service excellence and effectively manage guest feedback and concerns.

- An innovative, results-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

- Professional presentation and the ability to represent the hotel as a key leader.
