A well-established and growing supply chain operation is seeking a Demand Fulfillment Coordinator to join their planning team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who thrives on daily problem-solving and enjoys being at the centre of the action between sales, warehouse, logistics and production.

The Role
Reporting to the National Demand Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the allocation of production supply to sales order demand, and determining when orders can be shipped. You'll manage daily load plans, review inventory and production schedules, and work closely with cross-functional teams to keep sales order fulfillment on track.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily allocation of production supply to sales order demand and confirm load plans with warehouse and shipping teams
- Review inventory and production plans to determine future ship dates for open sales orders
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, working with demand planners and sales to manage unsold or unallocated stock
- Oversee order engineering and substitution strategies to maximise sales outcomes and reduce late fulfillment
- Provide timely,



accurate advice to customers on stock movements, shipping schedules and product specifications
- Work closely with sales, production, logistics and supply chain teams to keep planning aligned with business objectives

About You

- Demonstrated experience in operational demand fulfillment
- Strong understanding of shipping and warehouse operations and constraints
- Solid grasp of planning concepts, with production planning knowledge highly regarded
- Experience working closely with sales teams
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical and process skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
