Westgold are Sourcing Raisebore Drillers to work a 14/14 Roster across our sites.
The role includes
- Operate drill rig as per Westgold's procedure requirements, ensuring that operations are always secure
- Complete daily shift reports and submit to immediate Supervisor before end of each shift
- Perform preventative maintenance on drill rigs and equipment
- Perform breakdown repairs to drill rig components, reporting any damage as required
- Conduct routine cleaning of the drill rig equipment and vehicles
- Attend required training to successfully complete required duties
- Perform workplace inspections diligently and at every required timeframe
What do I need?
- Previous Raisebore operation experience (Robbins, Epiroc and Terratec Raisebore rigs experience advantageous)
- Comprehensive understanding of basic drilling practices,
equipment and technologies
- Cert III Drilling Operations
- Demonstrated ability to drive safety
- Self-driven work ethic
- Dedicated commitment to safety
- Manual drivers licence
- Ability to pass a pre employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol screen
- National Police Clearance valid within last 12 months
