About the Role - 3 Year Fixed Term Contract

The Revenue, Commercial and Legal (RCL) capability group contains a dedicated Commercial Team which provides enterprise-wide support on the commercial, contractual and strategic dimensions of STC’s work.

We operate as a central problem-solving unit to clarify commercial positions, strengthen negotiation outcomes, manage risk, and support decision-making across STC and its program of works.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver commercial analysis, advice and modelling to support evidence-based decisions and clear organisational positions.
- Prepare briefings, summaries and presentations for governance, executive and stakeholder discussion.
- Coordinate reporting, stakeholder input and advisor deliverables to support accurate, aligned and timely commercial outcome.
- Work with stakeholders and advisers to coordinate inputs, workflows and integrated commercial advice
- Support effective team communication through agendas, actions, summary notes and follow-up activities.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive and respectful workplace by following policies and supporting wellbeing.

About You:

The Commercial Manager will provide exceptional commercial analysis and advice and prepare summary presentations and reports that underpin STC’s commercial decision‑making and the effective delivery of its responsibilities.
