We're looking for someone just like you to join our team installing TVs across consumer and commercial environments for West Coast HiFi. The role will focus on wall-mounting, positioning, and setting up televisions — along with the cabling and connections that bring them to life.
If you're experienced with TV mounting and installation and have an eye for detail and a steady hand, we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities
- Collecting stock from warehouse and installing TVs in our clients' homes or businesses
- Wall-mounting TVs on a range of surfaces (plasterboard, brick, concrete) using the correct brackets and fixings
- Concealing and managing cables neatly for a clean, qualified finish
- Fulfilling set training courses to get you up to speed with all forms of TV installation
- Handing over completed installations to clients so their TV is ready to enjoy once you leave
- Being punctual, polite, clean and tidy at all times to best represent our business and brand
- Taking pre/during/post photos or time-lapse videos of your installation for our marketing
What You Need
We welcome applications from people who are:
- Comfortable and competent working within a team environment and also within our clients' homes and businesses
- Assertive with the confidence to act autonomously, taking initiative to work through issues as you go
- Willing to learn and stay on top of the latest trends in TVs and mounting solutions
- An experienced TV and AV installer (essential)
- A junior TV installer wanting to learn and expand
- Security Licenses for CCTV, Intercom & Alarm Installation (preferred but not essential)
- Handy with tools and confident working at heights and with wall fixings
- WA Drivers Licence
- Have a current visa to work in Australia (essential)
