Business Development Manager

Salary: $120,000 Total Package (inclusive of Allowances & Super)

Drive the growth of an NDIS provider by building strategic relationships, increasing referrals and identifying opportunities that support sustainable business growth.

Aligned Community Care is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to develop partnerships, strengthen referral pathways and promote our services across Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Community Support, Allied Health, Nursing Services and more.

Reporting to the Operations and Strategic Partnerships Director, this role works closely with the Board of Directors, leadership team and key stakeholders to support organisational growth, service expansion and improved participant outcomes.

What You'll Do

- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organisational growth objectives

- Build and maintain strong referral pathways with Support Coordinators, LACs, Plan Managers, hospitals, allied health professionals, housing providers, government agencies and community organisations

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across SIL, SDA, Community Support, Allied Health and Nursing services

- Increase referrals, improve service utilisation and support sustainable growth outcomes

- Promote available SIL and SDA vacancies through stakeholder engagement and referral networks

- Identify opportunities for current services,



strategic partnerships and geographic expansion

- Represent the organisation at networking events, industry forums, expos and community activities

- Support the growth of Allied Health services through referral development, client growth and workforce planning

- Maintain CRM records, monitor referral activity and provide business development insights to support strategic decision-making

What You'll Bring

Essentials

- Experience in Business Development, Relationship Management or a similar role

- Experience within the NDIS, disability, community services or health sector

- Strong understanding of the NDIS environment and disability service delivery

- Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships and referral networks

- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills

- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and achieve growth objectives

- Current Australian Driver Licence and own vehicle

Highly Regarded

- Experience working with an NDIS registered provider

- Experience using CRM or client management systems

- Experience developing business partnerships or referral networks

- Qualifications in disability, business, marketing, community services or a related field
