Client Manager - Business Services

Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.

Attune Advisory is an accounting firm located in Parramatta, currently seeking a senior accountant (Client Manager) to join our professional and friendly team. The role is office-based with WFH options after probation. The office is near Westfields and just a short walk from the station.

The role has a variety of functions, including:

- Providing guidance and advice to your own portfolio of clients across various sectors

- Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, sole traders and SMSFs. Dedicated SMSF resource assists with bookkeeping and EOY.

- Completion of BAS, IAS and other statutory requirements

- Liaise with auditors and other third parties

- Liaise with the ATO, Revenue NSW and ASIC regarding client compliance matters

- Review work prepared by junior staff, provide feedback and guidance.

- Provide support in other areas, as required

- Be a mentor to 1 direct report; review work, provide feedback and guidance





The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who has:

- Minimum 5 years of Business Services experience

- High attention to detail and keen to learn emerging software platforms

- Robust communication, interpersonal and influencing skills

- High degree of proficiency with Xero, XPM and Microsoft Office applications

- Strong time management, organisation and delegation skills

We want you to do more of the complex work and less of the other stuff. We have a dedicated Admin team that handles engagements, billing, ATO and most client correspondence, including deliverables. Your assistant Accountant provides support with BAS/IAS preparation, bookkeeping and EOY accounts.

Monthly scheduled training is provided to support your CPD requirements.

Standard hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
