This client-side organisation has a complex property portfolio which includes cafes & food outlets, commercial offices, research groups, education providers, state government and regional residential properties. The client is also a tenant in various metropolitan locations, often related to healthcare.
This role is responsible for implementing commercial, retail, regional residential and specialised property leasing. You will negotiate commercial contracts and operational matters for current and existing leases, produce high quality corporate reports and commercial analysis, and develop and maintain professional stakeholder relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Apply your commercial skills to negotiate new or existing agreements (e.g. Offers to Lease, Collaboration Agreements, Leases, Licenses).
- Source new tenants or new premises, and assist with property acquisitions or disposals.
- Resolve portfolio management operational issues commercially and pragmatically.
- Develop and undertake relevant financial analysis.
Ideally you will have:
- Relevant hands-on experience in commercial / retail leasing and/or property management.
- Strong Excel skills, excellent numeracy, and experience using TechOne financial systems.
- High level interpersonal skills, as you will need to liaise effectively with a diverse range of people and navigate outcomes to support the organisation.
