We're looking for an experienced Senior Client Liaison Officer to lead our Client Liaison team and own the critical stage between contract signing and site start — running Prestart Meetings, managing addendums and variations, and keeping every job moving cleanly into construction.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing leadership role where you'll juggle multiple jobs at once, make judgement calls under pressure and set the standard for how the rest of the team operates.

Granny Flats WA is a family-owned Perth builder with over 20 years' experience delivering granny flats, renovations and extensions. We are in a growth phase and looking for someone who thrives on ownership, transparent communication and getting things right the first time.

As the Senior Client Liaison Officer, you are the escalation point for the Client Liaison team and the link between clients, Design Consultants, drafting and Production — making sure every job is fully prepared, priced and signed off before it moves into construction.

What You'll Do

- Lead and support the Client Liaison team day to day





- Run Prestart Meetings and own the addendum process from start to finish

- Approve Variations (VOs) within your authority, and escalate anything beyond it

- Step in as the approval point for design changes when a Design Consultant isn't available

- Coordinate with production, drafting and cabinet makers to keep jobs on schedule

- Oversee client selections through to signed-off, construction-ready plans

- Keep documentation and job tracking accurate across Procore, digital sign-off platforms and Client Files

About You

- 3+ years in client liaison, coordination or project support — construction or building industry preferred

- Comfortable leading a small team and making the tough calls

- Confident communicator who holds a firm, fair line with clients

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail across contracts and plans

- Able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

- Strong Excel and general system skills
