Steve's Transportables supplies transportable buildings both new and refurbished to many sectors of the Australian community including farming and mining. Steve's Transportables is a Supply Nation registered business and seeks to be inclusive and diverse.

Qualifications & experience

- Current forklift ticket - competent using forklifts and telehandlers

- Experience in the transportable building industry

- Experience in organising busy construction yards

- Experience with organizing and working with others.

- Experience with safe work practices

- White card

- WA drivers license

- Good communication skills

Tasks & responsibilities

This will involve collaboration in conjunction with the site foreman and Leading hand to determine the prioritization of tasks and maintaining an organized yard and inventory.





- Ensuring that tradesmen and other workers onsite are supplied with materials as required to complete their tasks in a timely manner thus ensuring that customers are supplied with their requirements on time.

- Helping to prepare transportable buildings for transport.

- Operating forklifts and telehandlers to load, unload and move materials and transportables around the yard and onto trucks in an effective and safe manner without causing damage.

- Have a 'Can Do' attitude, including commonsense, the ability to listen to and follow instructions correctly and swiftly. Forward thinking and the ability to perceive potential requirements is desirable.

- Be punctual, and have the ability to work Saturdays as required.
