About the Position
We are currently seeking a Fleet Scheduler to join our containers division on a full-time basis. Based in Kewdale, this position will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling and coordination of our containers fleet.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Manage daily scheduling for our containers fleet, ensuring efficient use of the vehicles and timely deliveries
- Work alongside dispatch teams to plan and optimise routes
- Oversee the coordination of loading and unloading freight
- Adhere to all safety standards
- Plan operations to maximise vehicle efficiency and minimise delays
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, fleet usage and client interactions

About you
To be successful in this position, you will be able to demonstrate the following:





- Proven experience in fleet scheduling, ideally in the Transport and Logistics setting
- Strong knowledge of container and wharf logistics and operations
- MSIC-One Stop clearance desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management systems
- Ability to work hours (10AM-5PM) Monday to Friday. Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays is required
