The Opportunity
A fantastic full-time permanent opportunity is available for an experienced Line Bore Machinist to join our team at our Naval Base workshop.
The successful candidates will need to setup and operate Line bore machines. You would be responsible for the overall operation of the machine, its productivity and standard of work produced.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Setup and operate Line Bore Machines including welding to achieve specified tolerances.
- Ability to use measuring tools to achieve required tolerances.
- Adhere to H-E Parts Engineering’s quality and safety management systems.
To be successful in these positions you will need:
- Relevant work experience
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of safety awareness and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
- Night shift available, penalty rates apply (highly advantageous)
