Are you an experienced Change Manager who thrives on helping organisations successfully navigate transformation?
We're recruiting a hands-on Change Manager to support a major organisational change program within a well-established ACT Government organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to lead the people side of change, partnering with leaders and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, adoption and long-term outcomes.
The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing teams for organisational, process and service changes while supporting business readiness, stakeholder engagement and implementation activities.
What's on Offer
- 5-month contract through to 11 December 2026 w. potential extension
- $67.70/hr + Super (PAYG) or $75.82/hr ABN
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Onsite in Bruce, ACT for the first 4 weeks, then flexible working arrangements
- Immediate start (pending Police Check)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver change management strategies and integrated change plans
- Conduct change impact and organisational readiness assessments
- Partner with executives, managers and frontline teams to drive successful change adoption
- Develop stakeholder engagement, communication and implementation plans
- Coordinate training, manager enablement and change activities
- Monitor change readiness, adoption and advantages realisation
- Identify risks, resistance and implementation issues while providing practical solutions
- Support implementation before, during and after go-live
- Provide advice and reporting to senior stakeholders on change progress and readiness.
About You
You'll bring demonstrated experience delivering organisational change across complex environments and have the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
You'll ideally have experience with:

- Implementation and Adoption Planning
- Working across people, process and technology change
Experience within Government, statutory authorities or regulated industries will be highly regarded. Experience with Prosci, ADKAR or similar change methodologies is advantageous but not essential.
