Join Altrad on an exciting SMP construction project in Alkimos, Perth, where you'll play a critical role in setting the project up for success from day one. Working 10-hour days, Monday to Friday (with occasional half-day Saturdays), you'll partner closely with site leadership to keep operations running efficiently across workforce coordination, compliance, document control, reporting and day-to-day project administration.

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced Site Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, takes ownership, and enjoys being the central point of coordination that keeps a project moving safely, efficiently and on schedule.

In this role you will:

- Coordinate all site onboarding activities, including processing new starters, maintaining personnel records, arranging site access, and ensuring mobilisation requirements are met.

- Manage weekly payroll and project timesheet processing, validating labour hours, allowances and roster data to ensure accurate payroll and cost reporting.

- Raise and receipt purchase orders, support procurement activities, track deliveries, and liaise with suppliers to ensure materials and services are available when required.

- Maintain project documentation, including registers, document control, transmittals, correspondence, meeting minutes and client deliverables.

- Prepare daily and weekly project reports, workforce registers, labour forecasts and other site reporting to support project leadership.

- Coordinate travel, accommodation,

roster changes and logistics for site personnel, ensuring workforce movements are managed efficiently.

- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and site leadership team, assisting with project planning, client requirements and day-to-day operational priorities.

- Support HSEQ compliance by maintaining training matrices, competencies, site records, inductions and other project compliance documentation.

About you

You're an experienced Project or Site Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. You enjoy being the go-to person on site, can juggle competing priorities with ease, and take pride in keeping projects organised, compliant and running efficiently.

- Demonstrated experience in a Site Administrator or Project Administrator role within the construction, engineering, mining or infrastructure sectors.

- Proven experience processing timesheets, supporting payroll, coordinating workforce mobilisation and onboarding, and managing project administration activities.

- Experience raising purchase orders, supporting procurement activities, maintaining project documentation and preparing project reports.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook, with experience using ERP systems such as SAP highly regarded.

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across site teams, corporate functions and external suppliers.

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to work autonomously while supporting a busy project leadership team.
