About the Role

As Pre-Start Consultant, you'll guide our clients through one of the most exciting and most detailed stages of their build, from signed contract through to construction-ready. You'll be the link between clients and our design and construction teams, making sure every job is fully documented and locked in before it hits the ground. Pricing and quoting is handled by our estimating team, so you can focus on getting the client experience right.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Running pre-start meetings and owning the process from start to finish

- Supporting clients through selections and contract documentation

- Preparing addenda and related documentation

- Providing regular, clear updates to clients via phone and email

- Liaising with shire, developers and other external stakeholders on approvals and guidelines

- Collaborating closely with estimating, design and construction teams to keep jobs moving

About You





You'll thrive in this role if you:

- Have 2+ years' experience as a contracts administrator, pre-start consultant or similar within residential construction

- Are passionate about customer service and getting the detail right

- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues

- Understand the residential building and finance approval process

- Can confidently read and interpret contracts, plans, specifications and developer guidelines

- Are self-motivated, organised, and comfortable owning your workload this isn't a role for someone who needs constant direction

- $75,000 – $95,000 + Super, depending on experience
