As a Hygiene Service Technician, you are the face of the company.

We have multiple positions available for Full-Time Hygiene Service Technicians at Fresh & Clean Adelaide. Based in, Glynde working Monday - Friday.

Driving our branded Fresh & Clean van going from customer to customer daily, attending to a range of different businesses, sometimes unattended, to service and exchange:

About The Role:

Reporting to the Operations team, the Service Technician is a key role in the Fresh & Clean business delivering front line service to our customers. Passionate about customer satisfaction, our Service Technicians take responsibility for the following key activities:

- Reviewing daily service route requirements and loading van with the correct stock;

- Completing each customer visit to deliver, service, and collect the correct stock;





- Service and maintain female Sanitary Bins & Nappy Bins, Air Fresheners, Soap Dispensers and other related products at customer sites;

- Checking installed equipment at customer sites to ensure it is operational and compliant;

- Meeting with customers to confirm their service needs are being met and provide feedback on possible increases to their service they may consider; and

- Returning used stock and equipment to the depot for refurbishment

The successful candidates would be welcomed into our current team of 30. Teamwork is of great importance to Fresh & Clean Adelaide and will be a key part in the selection process.

Full training, uniform and mobile phone used to record Proof of Delivery signatures will be provided.
