We’re on the lookout for a motivated, curious and hands-on eCommerce Assistant to join our growing team and support the continued success of Australian Sports Nutrition.

Role Summary

As the eCommerce Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day execution and coordination of our online store and direct marketing activity across ASN’s digital platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring website content, campaigns and communications are accurate, on-brand and delivered on time.

Working closely with the eCommerce Lead, the Assistant helps execute campaigns, maintain the online store, and support reporting and optimisation initiatives - playing a key role in delivering a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, commercially curious, and looking to grow their eCommerce skillset in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinating product uploads, content updates and promotional activity across our online stores

- Assisting with the build, QA and scheduling of email and SMS campaigns in line with the trading calendar

- Helping maintain accuracy of customer-facing content, pricing and promotional messaging





- Supporting reporting on website and email performance metrics

- Assisting with digital projects and campaign execution across online and in-store initiatives

- Identifying issues or opportunities and escalate to the eCommerce Lead where required

Must have:

- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- An Interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, email marketing and online retail

- Comfortable working to timelines and managing multiple tasks

- Ability to take direction, learn quickly, apply feedback and work in a fast-paced team environment

Nice to Have:

- Experience working with Shopify (or similar eCommerce platforms)

- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Insider, or other email/SMS platforms

- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

- Basic understanding of eCommerce metrics (CVR, AOV, traffic, email engagement)

- Experience supporting promotional calendars or campaign execution / GTM plans

- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards)
