Eastwood Golf Club is currently seeking a qualified Chef to join our kitchen team in a casual role.

We are looking for a chef who brings strong cooking skills, a calm and professional approach to service, and a genuine commitment to teamwork and food quality.

About the Role

You will be working in a busy club environment supporting our bistro service and events. The role includes evening and weekend shifts, with the added bonus of having your public holidays back!

Key Responsibilities

- Food preparation and service across bistro and event functions

- Assisting with menu development and specials

- Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards

- Managing stock rotation and kitchen organisation

- Assisting with event service and execution

- Checking off supplier orders

- Supporting a clean, efficient and well-organised kitchen environment

About You

- Qualified Chef with experience in a similar culinary role

- Solid knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices

- Calm and collected under pressure





- Excellent organisation and time management skills

- Punctual, reliable and flexible with availability

- Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude

- Courteous, professional and respectful in a team environment

Requirements

- Relevant chef qualification

- Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)

- Availability to work nights and weekends
