- Can work confidently with minimal supervision

- Takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship

- Enjoys solving problems rather than simply replacing parts

- Works well within a team and communicates professionally

- Is organised, reliable and takes ownership of their work

- Wants to continue learning and developing their skills

Experience we’d love to see

Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

- Caravan or RV repairs

- Caravan servicing

- Panel beating

- Vehicle body repair

- Cabinet making or joinery

- Sheet metal work

- Fabrication and welding

- Automotive mechanical repairs

- Auto electrical

- Marine repairs or boat building

- Coachbuilding

- Trailer manufacturing

- Recreational vehicle manufacturing

- General maintenance or other skilled trades

New to the caravan industry?
