Whether you're currently working in rail, logistics, mining, transport, manufacturing, warehousing, or another fast-paced operational environment, this is an opportunity to build new skills, develop your leadership capability, and grow your career with one of Australia's largest freight operators.Reporting to the Regional Operations Leader, you'll play an important role in coordinating daily operations, supporting frontline teams, and ensuring resources are in the right place at the right time to keep our supply chain moving safely and efficiently.If you're a strong communicator who enjoys solving problems, leading people, and making decisions in a dynamic operational environment, we'd love to hear from you.What you'll be doingSupporting the coordination of train crew, yard operations, and daily operational activities.Allocating resources to meet operational requirements and customer commitments.Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.Analysing operational information and preparing reports to support decision-making.Working closely with operational teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve business objectives.Leading and coaching team members to achieve safety, service, and performance outcomes.Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What we're looking forWe're more interested in your potential and transferable skills than ticking every box.You may already have experience leading teams in logistics, mining, transport, manufacturing, warehousing, construction, or another operational industry.

No rail experience? That's okay.While rail or shunting experience is highly regarded, it's not essential.
