About the role

Join a supportive and collaborative team where you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across a variety of clinical settings. As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide professional nursing care while building on your clinical knowledge, developing your expertise and contributing to positive outcomes for patients. Whether you're consolidating your practice or bringing advanced clinical experience, you'll be supported to grow your skills through continuous learning and professional development.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide expert care to patients requiring intravenous therapy, including the insertion and management of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters (PICCs) and support for patients with difficult intravenous access. You'll exercise professional judgement, mentor and support less experienced staff, contribute to quality improvement initiatives and help deliver safe, evidence-based care across a range of healthcare settings.

We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care while working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes. You'll bring:

• Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
• Demonstrated nursing experience with strong clinical judgement and patient-centred care
• Experience or expertise in intravenous cannulation and PICC line management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support and mentor others
