About MPI Gallery

MPI Gallery is a fast-growing real estate media and marketing business based on the Gold Coast. We provide property photography, videography, drone content, social media management and digital advertising to real estate agents and agencies across Southeast Queensland.

We work with some of the Gold Coast's leading agencies and are expanding rapidly. This role is a key part of that growth — you'll be joining at an exciting time with genuine opportunity to grow with the business.

The Role

We're looking for a talented photographer and content creator to join us full time, with an immediate start.

Your primary focus will be shooting property photography and drone content across our client base — covering Beenleigh through to Burleigh Heads and surrounding suburbs. Beyond property shoots, you'll also capture social media content for our agency retainer clients — agent spotlights, office culture, day-in-the-life Reels and short-form video content.

This is a hands-on, autonomous role. You'll be out on location most days, working to clear briefs and delivering work to the professional standard our clients expect.

What You'll Do

- Shoot property photography and drone content across the Gold Coast — Beenleigh to Burleigh and surrounding areas

- Capture social media content for agency clients — agent spotlights, office culture, Reels and short-form video

- Edit your own content to a professional standard ready for delivery

- Upload and organise files following our folder structure and SOPs

- Work autonomously on location — managing your schedule efficiently

- Maintain consistent quality across all client work

What We're Looking For





- 2–4 years experience in photography — real estate, commercial, weddings, events or similar

- CASA drone licence — essential, as most property shoots include aerial content

- Strong editing skills — you edit your own work, not just shoot it

- Experience with short-form video content — Reels, TikToks, vertical format

- A keen eye for detail and consistency

- Reliable, punctual and professional — agents and vendors are counting on you

- Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision

- Own reliable vehicle — you'll be driving to multiple properties daily

- Based on or near the Gold Coast

Nice to Have

- Experience with Sony mirrorless cameras and HDR bracketing

- Familiarity with real estate photography and delivery standards

- Experience with Canva for social graphics

What We Offer

- $60,000 – $70,000 base salary + super (based on experience)
