The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer focused CDO Technician to join our team, servicing the Mackay (QLD) area on a Full time, permanent basis.

In this role, you will be the hero behind the scenes, supporting our sales operations by responding to and repairing breakdowns of beverage equipment installed at customer sites. You’ll work across a broad range of equipment, including Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, fountain dispensing equipment, vending machines, frozen beverage units, and coffee machines.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a trade-qualified Electrician or Refrigeration Technician who enjoys working independently in the field. Experience with coffee machines or within a coffee service environment is highly regarded, though not essential.

and maintain accurate vehicle inventoryProcesses & Systems - Follow standard procedures and utilise IT tools to manage service calls and reportingTeamwork - Collaborate with your team and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesSkill Development - Continuously build your technical capability through training and hands-on experience

About You

Trade qualified in Electrical or Refrigeration (will consider restricted licenses).Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levelsSkilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customersStrong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills with a solutions-focused approachHighly organised with excellent time management and the ability to work autonomouslyProactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvementComfortable using mobile/field service technology and IT systemsFull, valid driver’s licence (required for field-based work)Background in coffee service or coffee machine maintenance highly regarded.
