At NewSmile Dental Centre // Complete Implant & Sedation Dentistry, we take pride in doing good dentistry and looking after our patients. We combine modern technology with genuine, personalised care in a friendly, qualified environment and are looking for someone who takes the same pride in their work.

This is a varied role across all areas of the practice. Alongside chairside assisting, you'll take responsibility for managing clinical stock levels and ordering supplies while helping maintain an organised, efficient and well-supported clinical environment.

You'll work alongside an experienced team of dentists and support staff who value teamwork, professionalism and providing excellent care for every patient.

The role





- Chairside assisting across a broad range of dental procedures.

- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining exceptional infection control standards

- Instrument processing and sterilisation

- Digital radiography and laboratory coordination

- Managing restorative (non-surgical) clinical stock levels and ordering supplies (orders, maintenance)

- Helping maintain an organised and efficient clinical environment

Who we're looking for

- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, with Certificate III or IV desirable

- Organised, reliable and proactive, with the ability to work independently

- Friendly, professional and well presented

- Excellent communication skills and a positive team approach

- Takes genuine pride in your work and enjoys looking after patients

- Australian citizen, permanent resident or holder of a valid Australian work visa

- Experience managing clinical stock and consumables is a welcome bonus, but not essential.
