- Demonstrated experience in a planning enforcement role would be highly desirable.
- Thorough knowledge of the Statutory Planning process and associated legislation, policies, and planning scheme.
- Appreciation of Health & Safety guidelines in terms of risk minimisation strategies.
- Well-developed computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Current Victorian driver’s licence
