Since 1992, MKDC has been one of Western Australia's leading Interior Architecture studios, delivering projects across Workplace, Hospitality & Wellness, Seniors Living, Residential Aged Care and Government.
As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Revit Specialist to join our collaborative design team.
We're seeking someone who enjoys the technical side of design, has excellent Revit capability and takes pride in producing high-quality documentation. You'll work closely with our designers and senior technical team to deliver projects that improve the way people work, live and experience the built environment.
About the Role
Working with our project teams, you will:
- Develop and maintain high-quality Revit models throughout all stages of project delivery.
- Create and refine Revit families, templates and documentation standards.
- Produce coordinated construction documentation to a high technical standard.
- Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors and specialist consultants.
- Assist in coordinating consultant models and resolving technical issues.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of MKDC's BIM standards, workflows and technical systems.
- Continue developing your technical expertise while helping strengthen MKDC's Revit capability across the practice.
About You
You'll ideally have:
- 4–8 years' skilled experience using Revit.
- Strong technical documentation skills.
- Experience producing construction documentation within an Architecture or Interior Architecture practice.
- Sound knowledge of the National Construction Code and Australian Standards.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to keep learning.
- Australian working rights.
Experience in Workplace, Hospitality, Government, Seniors Living or Residential Aged Care projects will be highly regarded.
