We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director (Executive Level 1) to join our Delivery Enablement Section within the Aged Care digital environment.
As an Assistant Director, you will lead system integrity initiatives and coordinate responses to emerging risks across digital platforms, ensuring services remain secure, effective, and aligned to business objectives.
You will:
- lead and deliver system integrity and risk mitigation projects across digital services
- analyse and respond to emerging threats, including system vulnerabilities and external risks
- work closely with internal teams and external delivery partners to coordinate effective risk responses
- translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable advice for senior executives
- strengthen monitoring, preventative controls, and assurance processes
- ensure digital solutions align with business intent, funding requirements, and user needs
- build capability within the branch, including upskilling staff on system processes and controls
This role has a robust focus on leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivering outcomes in a complex digital environment, supporting high-priority aged care services and broader reform initiatives.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Canberra.
