Are you passionate about cricket and looking for an opportunity to enhance the cricket experience for community participants through your administration skills? If so, read on !
Casual employment opportunity commencing September 2026. Approximately 3-4 days per week. Availability on Saturday mornings is required with additional weekday shifts offered throughout the week. Flexibility is desirable.
Tasks include:
- Provide Competition Administration delivery for community cricket department competitions, including; player registration, compliance, dispensations, fixturing and results
- Effectively communicate with Key Stakeholders about Community Cricket competition matters, attending relevant planning days, board meetings and community events
- Manage and deliver key strategic projects relevant to WA Cricket and Australian Cricket Systems and Competitions
To be successful in this role you will have:
- High level organisational skills to manage the logistics associated with the planning and delivery of Community Cricket Competitions
- Experience in utilisation of Microsoft office, word and excel and other data entry and management systems
- Ability to analyse data and produce insights through reporting
- Well developed written communication skills to manage high volume email requests in line with policy guidelines
- Robust verbal and presentation skills to be able to liaise, engage and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, both internal and external
