The Role

As a co-agent, you’ll support Anton and the team across their listings and sales, while also taking ownership of your own listings from prospecting and appraisals through to negotiation and settlement, supported by our sales support and sales management team.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Attending open inspections and buyer follow upsSupporting high-level property campaigns and delivering 6-star service to clients Prospecting activities to build databaseLetterbox drops and local area marketing Administration tasks such as diary management, vendor and buyer communication, and project managementMeeting individual and team listing and sales budgets

Who You Are





Hold a current Real Estate License- Certificate IV in Property Services (essential)Experience in Real Estate (desirable)Experience in CRM systemsEnergetic, driven, and hard workingStrong communication skills, comfortable speaking with people face-to-face and over the phone Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed Well-presented and professional Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systemsAn initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
