The Role:

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Home Care Gardener to join our friendly team. This part-time role is based across Perth’s northern and eastern suburbs, working 4 days a week..

You’ll provide gardening and minor home maintenance services to clients, working from 7:30am to 3:36pm (with flexibility to work until 5:30pm if required). You’ll work either in a pair or independently, with a work vehicle and equipment provided.





Key Responsibilities:

- Lawn mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, hedge trimming
- General garden maintenance as per client care plans
- Identifying and reporting hazards or risks
- Representing ECHO with professionalism and a customer-first mindset

Desired Skills and Experience

The role will suit an enthusiastic team player with the following skills and experience:

Essential:

- Manual driver’s licence
- Physical fitness and stamina for outdoor manual work
- Reliability and solid time management skills
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions (heat and rain)
- Clear communication skills

- Professional and well - presented when engaging with clients

Desirable:

- Strong customer service focus
- Awareness of hazards and safety practices
- Ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds
