Phlow, part of the Grounded Group, is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker or Second Fix Carpenter to join our growing Perth team.

At Phlow, we deliver high-quality fit-outs, heritage restorations, refurbishments and bespoke construction projects across Perth. We are known for our attention to detail, quality workmanship and ability to create spaces that genuinely stand out.

This is a permanent full-time role for someone who enjoys being on the tools, takes pride in their workmanship and is looking to build a long-term career with genuine progression opportunities. We are looking for someone who wants to develop into a Leading Hand or Supervisor role over time while remaining hands-on and actively involved in project delivery.

No two days are the same. You will work across multiple projects throughout Perth, collaborating with our team, subcontractors and clients to deliver exceptional outcomes.

About the Role

As a key member of the Phlow team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality second-fix carpentry, fit-out and finishing works across a variety of commercial and bespoke construction projects.

You will work closely with our Supervisors and Project Managers while developing your leadership skills and gaining exposure to project coordination and site management activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Second-fix carpentry and finishing works

- Cabinet installation, joinery and detailed fit-out works

- Reading and interpreting drawings and project documentation

- Assisting with site coordination and trade management activities





- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and presentation

- Identifying and resolving site issues proactively

- Coordinating materials and deliveries where required

- Working across multiple projects and locations throughout Perth

- Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders

- Maintaining compliance with WHS requirements and company standards

Skills & Experience

- Trade qualification in Cabinet Making or Carpentry

- Experience in second-fix carpentry, joinery or commercial fit-outs

- Robust attention to detail and pride in workmanship

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Strong communication skills

- Current Driver's Licence

- White Card
