We're looking for an enthusiastic, creative and motivated Sous Chef ready to take the next step, or a recently appointed Head Chef looking for a fresh challenge. About the Role

As Head Chef, you'll lead the day-to-day kitchen operation, working closely with the Venue Manager and leadership team to deliver exceptional food and guest experiences.

You'll be responsible for:

- Leading, mentoring and developing the kitchen team

- Creating seasonal menus, specials and current food concepts

- Maintaining food quality, presentation and service standards

- Managing stock, ordering, kitchen costs and compliance

- Building a positive and high-performing kitchen culture

About You





We're looking for someone with:

- 5-7 years' experience in commercial kitchens

- Experience leading and developing a kitchen team

- Strong organisational and communication skills

- A passion for hospitality, great food and continuous improvement

- Creativity, initiative and the confidence to bring new ideas to the table

- The drive to take ownership and make the role your own
