ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a skilled and inspired Baker/Pastry Chef to lead our pastry program – from sourdough artisanal breads to croissants, tarts, galettes and eclairs, to seasonal, rustic creations that bring joy to locals and visitors alike.

You’ll have the rare opportunity to work in a heritage bakery using traditional techniques, including wood-fired baking (training provided if needed).
