About the Role

Reporting to the leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating and preparing high-quality tender submissions, proposals and capability statements that position Jason Signmakers as the supplier of choice.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining storytelling, marketing, project coordination and stakeholder engagement to deliver winning submissions.

You will work closely with operational teams,



project managers and subject matter experts to turn technical information into compelling and commercial responses that stand out from the competition.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end tender and proposal process from opportunity identification through to submission.

- Research, review and interpret tender documentation and client requirements.

- Develop persuasive written content that clearly communicates Jason's capabilities, experience and value proposition.

- Coordinate subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to gather information and meet submission deadlines.

- Create professionally branded proposals, capability statements and marketing collateral.

- Maintain tender registers, submission schedules and bid libraries.

- Prepare project methodologies, schedules, case studies, resumes and supporting documentation.

- Ensure submissions comply with all requirements, specifications and evaluation criteria.

- Support broader business development, marketing and brand initiatives as required.

- Continuously improve templates, content libraries and tender processes to increase efficiency and submission quality.

About You

We're looking for someone who can write persuasively, think strategically and confidently promote the Jason brand.

You may have experience in:

- Tender writing or bid coordination

- Marketing and communications

- Public relations

- Journalism or professional writing

- Proposal management

- Corporate communications

To be successful, you will have:





- Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills.

- The ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging and persuasive content.

- Strong attention to detail and proofreading capability.

- Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.

- Experience managing competing priorities and deadlines.

- Confidence working with a broad range of internal stakeholders.

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.

- Experience with Adobe package, Canva or other design software highly regarded.

- A marketing mindset with the ability to identify and communicate competitive advantages.

- A passion for producing high-quality professional documents and presentations.

- Experience in using Copilot or other AI platforms is highly regarded.

Desirable Qualifications

- Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Journalism or a related field.

- Experience preparing tender submissions, proposals or grant applications.

- Experience within construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, engineering or professional services environments.
