About the Role:

The role of the IT Managed Services Engineer (Level 2) is to provide high quality technical IT support to Orlo One’s clients. This is achieved through effective management of priority level 2 technical tasks and projects, such as construction, implementation, routine check-ups and monitoring of infrastructure systems. his includes ensuring the services provided to individual clients meet Orlo One’s client service protocols and the terms and conditions of any applicable Client Service Level Agreement (‘SLA’).

Due to the fast-paced nature of the IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) Industry, the role will be required to participate in regular ongoing training and development to ensure compliance and to enhance their technical skills.

This role will include:

- Engage with Orlo One Client’s requiring technical assistance through the effective management of Orlo One’s ticketing platform; (ConnectWise), via telephone enquiries and attending onsite client meetings.

- Coordinate technical tasks such as; hardware set-up, cloud migrations and network troubleshooting.

- Deliver excellent client support, adhering to Client Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and escalating requests when necessary.





- Maintain accurate record to ensure compliance with quality and security standard.

Role Requirements:

You will possess intermediate to advanced analytical and reasoning capabilities and have an exceptional ability to prioritise and handle several different tasks at the same time.

- Formal qualifications in information technology related field or working experience with a managed service provider;

- Holds a current and valid driver’s license;

- Sound understanding of information technology principles;

- Experience with Microsoft SaaS applications, IP Telephone systems is desirable;

- Experience with Server operating systems and hypervisor platforms;

- Knowledge of infrastructure backup best practices and major backup software platforms;

- Possesses knowledge in implementing and managing Firewall & Network Security Systems.
