The Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a quality portfolio while delivering outstanding service to our landlords and tenants. You will be supported by a dedicated team and industry-leading technology, allowing you to focus on building relationships and achieving outstanding results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a well-maintained residential property portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports
- Managing maintenance, repairs and key stakeholder communication
- Overseeing rental arrears and tenancy compliance
- Preparing lease renewals and conducting rent reviews
- Providing exceptional customer service and proactive portfolio management
- Working collaboratively with our wider Property Management team
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience as a Property Manager, ideally within a senior capacity
- Has strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Has outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Takes ownership, demonstrates initiative and is solutions-focused
- Presents professionally and takes pride in delivering exceptional service
- Thrives in a team environment and contributes positively to workplace culture
Experience with PropertyMe, InspectRealEstate and Inspection Express would be highly regarded.
