ABOUT THE ROLE

Synergex is the Perth branch of Geniux Cleantech Group — one of Australia's fastest-growing renewable energy companies with more than 70 team members and branches in Perth, Geelong, Mildura and Geraldton. We're looking for a driven Residential Solar Sales Representative to grow our presence across Perth. Our business spans residential and commercial solar, battery storage, embedded networks, EV infrastructure, energy management, utilities technology and Net Zero solutions.

This a market full of prospect. You'll be building real relationships across this diverse residential landscape, delivering tailored solar and energy solutions that make a genuine difference to people's lives. This is a high-impact role with strong earning potential, backed by a national brand and a dedicated support team.

As we continue expanding nationally, we're building our Perth residential solar and battery division and are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Residential Solar Sales Representative to join our growing team. We're looking for someone with a natural sales and customer service mindset who enjoys building relationships, engaging customers and creating opportunities. As one of the members of our Perth branch, you'll play an important role in helping build a high-performing sales operation while developing your own career.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, has confidence on the phone, and wants to develop a long-term career in sales, business development or management.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Prospect and develop new residential solar opportunities across the Perth Metropolitan Area

• Conduct site assessments and present tailored solar and energy management solutions to clients

• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes,



and presentations

• Manage your pipeline through the full sales cycle — from initial enquiry to installation handover

• Leverage inbound leads from web enquiries, referrals, and cold outreach to maximise your pipeline

• Maintain accurate records and activity reporting through Zoho CRM

• Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• Stay across government incentives, rebates, and industry trends relevant to residential solar in WA

• Represent Synergex at local networking events and within the Perth community

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience in sales — solar or energy sector experience highly regarded but not essential

• Strong ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the discipline to manage your own pipeline

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Comfortable with technology and CRM systems — experience with Zoho an advantage

• Local knowledge of the Perth area is a genuine asset

• Current driver's licence

• Must hold full Australian work rights
